This is a corolary to the prior page with a spare tire well recessed into the boot lid rather then the boot lid raised to clear a second spare tire. I presume this allows carrying a second spare tire for long distance road rally, or otherwise clears up space in the boot for more luggage. Looks like a winged "MG" knock-off nut that can be worked by hand, no need for a hammer or any special wrench.
