135 miles of this could grind your teeth down a bit. It runs west from Paxon on the Richardson Highway to Denali National Park and Preserve. This used to be the only way to get to Denali Park by road, until the George Parks Highway was built between Fairbanks and Anchorage in the late 60's. Thanks to the Parks Highway, there is very little traffic on this road, and marvelous views for hours.
