Completely Knocked Down MGA cars were built up in Holland by Molenaar. CKD-sets were always shipped from Abingdon in sets of four. Along with standard pushrod engine cars, Molenaar assembled three sets MGA Twin Cam cars from CKD kits. Theese were YDH6 1094 to 1097, YDH6 1301 to 1304, and YDH6 1390 and YDH6 1393.
