Tasker was a supplier to Moss Motors some years ago. This was the source of some "so-so" quality grilles for many years. Issues included too large radius on all outside corners, too flat in the mounting plane causing corners to push forward, moderate (and sometimes poor) quality of chrome plating over the steel shell, thin metal, and sharp edges on the vent slats. At one point Tasker tried switching to molded plastic, but that was so poorly received that most if not all parts were returned, and they subsequently went back to production of the prior steel shell parts. Moss Motors more recently did a complete remake for their 1500/1600 model grille, now from a different source. Perhaps Tasker is still supplying the MGA 1600-MKII grille to Moss.
